Open a campaign and click the Analytics tab.
Scroll to the Sequence Step Performance section.
You'll see metrics for each step — how many prospects reached that step, and how many moved past it.
This lets you identify exactly where prospects are dropping off in your sequence — so you can optimize the specific step that's underperforming.
