The Add Leads to List action adds leads to an existing named list — either from a search result or by specifying the leads you want to include.
What It Does
Takes leads — from a Co-pilot search result or a specified source — and adds them to any existing list in Lead Explorer.
How to Use It
After running a search:
"Add these leads to my SaaS VPs list"
"Save these results to my April Prospects list"
Specifying leads directly:
"Add the fintech CTOs I searched for earlier to my Q2 list"
"Add leads from my last search to the Enterprise Accounts list"
The Co-pilot will confirm how many leads were added and to which list.
Combining Search and Add in One Request
You can combine a lead search and list addition into a single Co-pilot instruction:
"Find VP of Sales contacts in the US at SaaS companies and add them to my April Outreach list"
"Search for CTOs in fintech in London and save them to my UK Prospects list"
The Co-pilot will run the search and add the results to the specified list in one step.
What Happens If the List Doesn't Exist Yet
If you reference a list that doesn't exist, the Co-pilot will let you know. You can then:
Ask it to create the list first — "Create a list called April Outreach first, then add these leads"
Or use the Create a List action before adding leads
