The Query Meetings action searches and filters your CRM meetings based on criteria you specify — such as date, contact, company, or status — and returns the results instantly without opening the CRM manually.
What It Does
Searches through your CRM meeting records and returns a filtered list based on what you ask for. Useful for quickly checking your schedule, finding meetings with specific contacts, or reviewing upcoming or past meetings.
How to Use It
By date or time:
"Show me all meetings scheduled for this week"
"What meetings do I have today?"
"Show me meetings coming up in the next 3 days"
"What meetings did I have last week?"
By contact or company:
"Find meetings with contacts from Acme Corp"
"Show me all meetings with Sarah Johnson"
"Do I have any meetings with Fintech companies this month?"
By status:
"Show me all upcoming meetings"
"List meetings that have been completed this week"
"Find meetings that were cancelled"
What the Results Show
Each meeting in the results will include:
Contact name and company
Meeting date and time
Meeting status (upcoming, completed, cancelled)
Any notes or agenda attached to the meeting
What to Do After Reviewing Meetings
Use the results to take follow-up action directly from the CRM:

Add a note or reminder ahead of an upcoming meeting
Log a call outcome after a meeting has taken place
