Co-pilot: Query Deals

The Query Deals action searches and filters your CRM deals based on stage, value, owner, activity, or any other criteria — giving you an instant view of your pipeline without opening the CRM manually.

What It Does

Searches through your CRM deal records and returns a filtered list based on what you ask for. Use it to check pipeline status, find stalled deals, review high-value opportunities, or get a quick snapshot of where things stand.

How to Use It

By pipeline stage:

  • "Show me all deals in the proposal stage"

  • "What deals are currently in negotiation?"

  • "List all deals that are in the discovery stage"

By value:

  • "Show me open deals worth more than $10,000"

  • "What are my highest value deals this quarter?"

  • "Find deals under $5,000 that are still open"

By owner:

  • "Show me all deals assigned to James"

  • "What deals does Sarah currently own?"

  • "List all unassigned deals"

By activity:

  • "Find deals that haven't been updated in 2 weeks"

  • "Show me deals with no activity in the last 10 days"

  • "Which deals are at risk of going cold?"

By company or contact:

  • "Show me all deals with Acme Corp"

  • "Find open deals with contacts from the fintech industry"

What the Results Show

Each deal in the results will include:

  • Deal name and associated contact or company

  • Current pipeline stage

  • Deal value

  • Assigned owner

  • Last activity date

What to Do After Reviewing Deals

  • Follow up on stalled deals by creating a task — "Create a follow-up task for the Acme Corp deal"

  • Reassign a deal — "Assign the TechCorp deal to Rachel"

  • Open the deal record in the CRM for full details
