The Query Tasks action searches and filters your CRM tasks based on status, due date, assignee, or type — giving you an instant view of what needs to be done without opening the CRM task list manually.
What It Does
Searches through your CRM task records and returns a filtered list based on what you ask for. Use it to check what's due today, find overdue tasks, review a team member's workload, or get a quick overview of outstanding follow-ups.
How to Use It
By due date:
"What tasks are due today?"
"Show me tasks due this week"
"What's on my task list for tomorrow?"
By status:
"Show me all overdue tasks"
"List tasks that haven't been completed yet"
"Which tasks are still open?"
By assignee:
"Show me all tasks assigned to me"
"What tasks does James have open?"
"List all unassigned tasks"
By type:
"Show me all follow-up tasks"
"Find all callback tasks"
"List tasks related to Acme Corp"
What the Results Show
Each task in the results will include:
Task description
Due date and time
Assigned team member
Related contact or deal
Current status (open, completed, overdue)
Using Query Tasks as a Daily Work Routine
A fast way to start your day with the Co-pilot:
"Show me all tasks due today" → work through your list
"Mark the Acme Corp follow-up task as complete" → update as you go
"Show me overdue tasks" → catch anything that slipped
This keeps your CRM clean and ensures no follow-up falls through the cracks.
