Company Search lets you find and research 90M+ business records worldwide. Use it to identify target accounts, research prospects, or build account-based lists.
Step 1: Open Company Search
Click Lead Explorer in the left sidebar.
In the filter panel on the left, make sure the Company tab is selected. It's selected by default.
Step 2: Apply your filters
Filter | Description |
Company Name | Search by name, with an Exact Match option |
Domain | Find a company by its domain |
Website URL | Match on a specific website |
LinkedIn URL | Match on a company's LinkedIn page |
Industry | The company's industry category |
Company Size | 1-10, 11-50, 51-200, 201-500, 501-1000, 1001-5000, 5001-10000, 10001+ |
Company Revenue | Fixed revenue bands from 0-500K up to 10T+ |
Country / State / Region / City | Location filters, applied separately |
Tech Stacks | Find companies using specific technologies |
Intent Topics | Companies actively researching a topic (Bombora data) |
Business Events | 40+ trigger events such as new funding round, IPO announcement, or leadership change, with a 30/60/90-day lookback |
Business Events are the strongest buying signal available in Lead Explorer — a company that just raised funding or changed leadership is far more likely to respond than one picked on firmographics alone.
Step 3: Review your results
Results appear as a table. Company Name and Domain are always visible; the remaining data sits in enrichment column groups you can unlock:
Firmographics — revenue, country, headquarters, employees, website, LinkedIn, industry, description, ticker, locations
Technographics — the company's tech stack
Financial metrics
Locked values show a View … button with the credit cost on hover.
Step 4: Find people at a company
Click View People on any company row. This switches you to the People tab with the search already filtered to that company, so you can find the right contacts immediately.
Step 5: Save companies
Select the companies you want and click Add To List.
Important: companies must be enriched before they can be added to a list. If you select unenriched rows you'll see "Enrich leads first" — run enrichment on them, then add them.
