You can download your saved leads as a CSV file at any time — useful for sharing with your team, importing into another tool, or working offline.
Export a saved list
From the Lists page
Click Lists in the left sidebar.
Find the list you want.
Click Download on that row.
The download starts immediately. For large lists (1,000+ leads) the file is prepared as a background job — you'll see progress and get a notification when it's ready.
From inside Lead Explorer
When you're viewing a saved list in Lead Explorer, click Download CSV.
Choosing what's in the file
There is no field picker at download time. The CSV contains whichever columns are currently visible in your table, so set them up first:
Click Edit Columns.
Turn on the columns you want in the export and turn off the ones you don't.
Apply, then click Download CSV.
Lists downloaded from the Lists page include all stored fields for those leads.
Does exporting cost credits?
No. Downloading your lists doesn't consume any credits — you've already paid for the data at the point of enrichment. In fact, your first export earns you bonus credits.
Only enrichment costs credits. Once a lead is enriched, you can export it as many times as you like at no extra cost.
Formats
CSV only. There is no Excel or PDF export — CSV opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers.
