How to Use the AI Content Generator

The AI Content Generator drafts a single email from a plain-English description — useful when you're staring at a blank editor.

Generate an email

  1. Open the email editor for a step.

  2. Open the AI Content Generator.

  3. Describe the email you want in the text box, for example:

"A short cold email to VPs of Sales at mid-size SaaS companies, introducing our lead enrichment tool and asking for a 15-minute call."

  1. Click Generator.

You'll get back one subject line and one email body, written in a professional, conversational tone.

Working with the output

The generator produces one draft at a time. To get a different result, change your description and run it again — the more specific your description, the better the output.

Treat what comes back as a starting point:

  • Rewrite anything that doesn't sound like you.

  • Check every claim about your product.

  • Add personalization variables using the picker ({{firstName}}, {{companyName}}).

  • Cut it down. Generated emails tend to run long; under 150 words performs better.

Writing a good description

Include:

  • Who you're writing to — role, industry, company size

  • What you're offering and the outcome it delivers

  • What you want them to do

  • Any constraints, like length or tone

Compare:

❌ "Write a sales email"

✅ "A 100-word cold email to heads of marketing at B2B SaaS companies with 50-200 employees, offering a tool that cuts reporting time by 80%, asking if they're open to a short call next week."
