How to Use the CRM Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see in the CRM. It gives you a snapshot of your email performance and everything that needs your attention today.

Email performance cards

The top of the dashboard shows five email stats, updated live:

  • Emails Sent

  • Emails Delivered

  • Emails Opened

  • Emails Replied

  • Emails Bounced

Activity cards

Below the stats are cards that surface what needs attention today:

  • Recommended Leads — leads worth prioritizing, each with a short reason explaining why it was surfaced

  • Your Tasks — open tasks with due dates and assignees

  • Meeting for the Day — today's scheduled meetings

  • Deals — recent and upcoming deals

  • Notes — latest notes

Your Tasks, Meeting for the Day, Deals, and Notes each include a quick-create button, so you can add a task, meeting, deal, or note without switching tabs. Recommended Leads has a View Leads button that takes you to the Leads tab.

Rearranging your dashboard

You can drag the activity cards into whatever order suits your workflow. Your layout is remembered, so the next time you open the dashboard it looks the way you left it.

Tips

  • Use the dashboard as your morning check-in — email trends and today's meetings sit side by side.

  • A rising Emails Bounced number is an early warning to validate your lists.

  • Recommended Leads is scored on badges, opens, and replies — it's the fastest way to find who's worth calling today.
