How to Manage Leads in the CRM

The Leads tab is your master database of every lead across campaigns, lists, and imports.

Understanding the leads table

Each row shows the lead's Name, Email, source Provider (email or LinkedIn), Company, email Status, a qualification Badge, the source Campaign, engagement icons, and Phone.

A few details worth knowing:

  • For LinkedIn leads, the Company cell also shows the job title and a link to their profile.

  • The Phone column shows a green Call button rather than the number — click it to call the lead directly through the built-in dialer. See How to Make Calls from the CRM.

Click a lead's name to open their full profile.

Email statuses

Queued, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, and Replied.

Filtering your leads

  1. Search by name or email.

  2. Narrow the table with the Campaign, List, and Status filters.

  3. Use Advanced Filters to combine an email status with a frequency — for example Opened plus More than 2 times to find your most engaged leads.

Advanced Filters offers status chips (Queued, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, Replied) and frequency chips (More than 2 times, Exactly 2 times, Once).

Selecting leads

Click the header checkbox to choose how much to select:

  • Select this page

  • Select all {N} leads

  • Select first N — a custom number

Bulk actions

With leads selected, you can:

  • Create Meeting, Create Task, or Create Deal for the selection

  • Export the selection to CSV

  • Move To List

You can also create a brand-new list from your selection.

About badges

Badges are your own qualification labels, separate from the automatic email status. Badges are set from the campaign's leads screen — open the campaign, find the lead, and set the badge there. The CRM Leads table and lead profile display badges but don't currently offer an editor.

Tips

  • Filter for leads who opened more than twice — that's your warmest follow-up segment.

  • Use pagination controls to show 20, 50, or 100 leads per page.
