How to Schedule & Manage Meetings

The Meetings area tracks every meeting your team books — where it happens, who's hosting, and how it fits into the pipeline.

Create a meeting

  1. Go to CRM → Meetings and click Add Meeting.

  2. Fill in the required fields: meeting name, the linked lead's email, Meeting Venue, date, start and end times, and host(s).

  3. Optionally add an agenda, internal notes, or link to deals and contacts.

Meeting Venue determines which column the meeting appears in on the board. The default venues are Online, In Office, and Client Location, and you can customize them using the Venues manager.

You can also book a meeting from a lead's profile or by selecting leads in the Leads tab.

Connect your calendar

Once Google Calendar is connected, meetings you book in the CRM sync to your real calendar, and Google Meet links are generated automatically.

Supported meeting platforms are Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.

Organize and review

Meetings appear on the meetings board and on the CRM Calendar. Today's meetings also surface on the dashboard's Meeting for the Day card.

Tips

  • Connect Google Calendar first — it makes every meeting you book show up where your team already looks.

  • Use Log Meeting from the lead profile's More menu to record meetings that happened off-platform.

  • Create a follow-up task after each meeting so next steps don't get lost.
